Admiral Robert B. Carney Park , the beautiful U.S. Navy the Outdoor Recreational Center in Naples , Italy , was chosen as the site for the 1 st Milan Junior Camp dedicated to the dependents of U.S. military in Naples .  This unique event, presented in a press conference held in Carney Park last March, saw the managers of the MJC event, World Camp S.r.l., playing a primary role in merging the military and the sporting, two different realities seemingly at extremes from each other, under a common denominator: Youth Soccer.

Confirming the success of this event, were the 115 boys and girls that enrolled in the soccer camp, becoming witnesses to how soccer is a synonym of cultural and educational amalgamation.
